Kathleen P. Ryder is the managing Attorney at the practice of Ryder and Phelps, P.C. A graduate of Suffolk University followed by Suffolk Law School in 2001.
Attorney Ryder is an experienced trial attorney with over 15 years in and out of the courtroom. Attorney Ryder has concentrated her practice on the litigation of complex divorce, domestic relations, child custody, prenuptial and postnuptial contracts in all trial courts of the Commonwealth including the Probate and Family Court, Superior Court and District Court.
In addition to handling complicated divorce litigation, Attorney Ryder has been appointed by numerous judges as guardian ad litem, parenting coordinator, and discovery master.

Attorney Ryder is an MCLE Rule 8 certified mediator with over a decade of experience. Attorney Ryder ‘s alternate dispute resolutions skills are well respected by the Probate and Family Courts and she is often appointed by Judges and attorneys alike to mediate and conciliate complex matters.
Attorney Ryder has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in the Massachusetts and New England’s Super Lawyer/Boston Magazine for 2019, 2020, and 2021.
She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, 2001 and in the U.S. District Court District of Massachusetts, 2016 and has practiced in most counties within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Interests
Kathleen enjoys skiing and running. She especially loves to hike with her two dogs, Tucker and Benny everyday in the trails around Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She loves being a mom and spending time with family and close friends.
