Looking forward
We are excited for the opening of the new Lowell Trial Court. Just a 15 minute drive from our office, this cutting edge facility will be “a model for future energy-efficient civic buildings.” This building will house the Superior, District, Juvenile, Housing and of course- the Family and Probate Court- for all of Middlesex County North. We look forward to serving our clients in the Middlesex County as well as all other counties across the state.
We practice a holistic approach to handling divorce matters. The important financial and emotional issues that arise during this time are competently managed from beginning to end. It is our focus to ensure that our clients receive expert advice and solid counseling so that post-divorce they are in the best possible position for future success and happiness.

Update on COVID-19:
We hope this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe. We want to share predicted operations at our offices during this time. Our top priority is to keep our staff as well as our clients safe.
The Supreme Judicial Court updated order regarding court operations indicates that until at least September 1st, all courts of the Commonwealth will be open to conduct court business, but courthouses will continue to be closed to the general public, except where entry is required to addressed emergency matters that cannot be handled virtually. During this time, the court staff continues to be available to accept filings of new cases, pleadings, and offer dates for future hearings. In addition, the court has expanded it’s ability to accept most filings by e-file.
Here in our offices, we continue to provide service to our clients via telephone, conference calls and zoom meetings. We are prepared to bring our operations back fully as soon as the court reopens. We also will continue to schedule new consultations and meet with perspective clients in a number of creative ways.
We wish you all the best during this time and look forward to working with you.
