Lexi Petzold is the development manager for Ryder & Phelps P.C. A graduate of the University of Tampa with a degree in applied sociology and minor studies in Spanish, criminal justice, and international studies. Lexi rejoined Ryder & Phelps, P.C. in February 2024, and acts as the primary contact for the firm’s learning and developmental initiatives and business expansion efforts.
Lexi brings dynamic business experience after pursuing a certificate in data analytics and working as a senior analyst in a global consulting setting, where she focused her skills in sales and marketing operations. Lexi is an ICF qualified professional coaching candidate with extensive program training. Additionally, Lexi holds a Massachusetts real estate salesperson license.
In her free time, Lexi enjoys traveling internationally and spending time with her rescue dog, Bear.
