Meet Julia

Julia joined the Ryder & Phelps Team in February of 2022. Julia is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration at Clark University while completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography, Law, and Sociology.

Julia researches and assists in writing our firm’s legal blog and assists in keeping our newsletter up to date with the latest “Family Law News!” We are excited to have her strong writing skills and creativity among other wonderful skills.

Background

Julia has a wide variety of skills from her various experiences. She has worked as a legislative intern to the Office of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee in summer of 2019 in Washington D.C. There she worked on floor statements and press releases for the congresswoman. Julia also worked as a summer fellow for the Korean American Grassroots Organization in the nation’s capital.

Julia was an economic empowerment intern at the Massachusetts State Treasury along with other internship positions she held with Mind UMASS Medical and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission.

Interests

Julia enjoys hiking/rock climbing, traveling, and watching old movies!
